Ready to get started? Just download the correct enrollment packet for your child’s age group below. Each packet includes the necessary forms required by the State of Missouri and our preschool to ensure a smooth start.

Submit and Confirm

Once you’ve filled out the packet, email the completed forms to tclcbn4@yahoo.com. We’ll review your submission and follow up to confirm your child’s start date.

What You’ll Need

A record of your child’s immunizations is required before their first day of care. You’ll also have 30 days from the start date to provide a current health examination report signed by a medical provider.
